Payment details

Placing an order is easy and secure at The Stellar Boutique. We accept all major credit/debit cards through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is the simplest and safest way to make a payment online.
You do not need a Pay Pal account to make a payment, simply select ‘Don’t have a Pay Pal account’ and follow the instructions.

1st class & airmail delivery details:

Delivery costs for Uk and Europe:

1 item costs £3.50, each additional item costs £2

eg. 2 items cost £5.50, 3 items cost £7.50, and so on.

Delivery costs for USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world (outside of Europe):

1 item costs £10, each additional item costs £3.50

eg. 2 items cost £13.50,  3 items cost £17 and so on.

Recorded delivery

We want all our customers to receive their items in perfect condition.
To ensure your order gets to you safe and sound we recommend opting for recorded delivery at an extra charge of£3.00 to UK & Europe and £6.00 to the rest of the world.
The extra cost for recorded delivery will be added once to the total postage amount regardless of how many items are purchased.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

All orders will be dispatched the next day where possible and no later than 2 working days after placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to the UK & Europe, but please allow a full 7-10 working days as the package is coming from Spain and can occasionally incur unforseen delays.

Delivery to the Usa, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world usually takes 5-7 working days but please allow a full 14 working days incase of unforseen delays.

Please email us if you wish to purchase an item but you are from a country not yet compatable to The Stellar Boutique.

Urgent delivery

Please contact us when you place order if you would like your item sent as ‘Urgent’. We will let you know the extra cost depending on what country your item is going to.

Returns Details

The Stellar Boutique wants you to be happy with your purchase.
If, however, you are not totally satisfied with your items you may return it to us in the same condition (with any original labels and packaging) by sending us an email within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details and reason for the return.

We regret that we cannot refund the delivery cost for your item once we have posted it.
The customer is eligible for the return delivery cost.
